Payment Terms

We require monthly payment according to chosen pricing plan. By engaging with us, you agree to this condition, which ensures a smooth and transparent process for all parties involved.

Important Disclaimers

  • Service Scope: Profeo focuses on content and link-building. We do not offer keyword analysis or SEO strategy as part of our link-building packages.
  • Refund Policy: Once content or links are published on third-party sites, refunds cannot be issued. This is because we don’t control these external websites, and our team has already invested considerable effort in prospecting, outreach, communication, and content creation.
  • Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality regarding our agreements. Your information is never shared with third parties unless explicitly permitted by you.
  • Modifications: We reserve the right to make changes to anchor texts or order details as needed to achieve the best possible results for your campaign.
  • Link Duration: While we strive to maintain high-quality, long-lasting links, we cannot guarantee that any link will remain permanently active on a third-party site.
  • Cancellation Policy: For recurring link-building packages, cancellation is only possible within two days of placing the order. After that period, the campaign will be considered active, and cancellations will not be accepted.

Limitations of Liability

  • Third-Party Risks: Profeo is not responsible for any damages or losses to your website caused by third-party actions. By using our services, you accept full responsibility for any potential risks or outcomes related to external sites or service providers.
  • Search Engine Policies: We cannot be held liable if search engines change their algorithms or policies, resulting in the exclusion of your website from certain directories or blogs. These factors are beyond our control.
  • SEO Outcomes: As an outsourced service provider, Profeo does not guarantee specific SEO outcomes or improvements in keyword rankings. Once backlinks are published, any unforeseen changes are outside our responsibility.

Pre-Approval and Feedback

While we do not typically offer pre-approval of blog placements, clients may request this service for an additional fee. In such cases:

  • Only the number of blogs specified in the order will be shared with you.
  • We expect clients to provide valid reasons for disapproval when giving feedback on placements. Invalid or unjustified disapproval will result in the completion of the order based on best practices, and no refunds will be issued.

Quality Assurance

Our clients trust us to provide top-quality links without the need for approval of each placement. We take care of the entire outreach process and ensure the links we acquire meet high standards.

Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality

Agreement Termination

Profeo reserves the right to terminate this agreement under the following circumstances:

  • If the client is found to be involved in illegal activities or industries that are unethical, such as hate speech, racism, or defamatory content.
  • If a client contacts our publishing partners or team members directly, bypassing Profeo, it will be considered a violation of our data privacy policies, and we may discontinue the relationship or adjust the scope of work.

We also reserve the right to terminate any agreement if the content promotes harmful, offensive, or abusive ideologies. Clients are responsible for any resulting losses due to such violations.
